This Policy explains how Bamaja Integrated Online Services Limited ("we") collects and uses your information when you use InterviewPass ("the Service"). We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). By using the Service you consent to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account details: your email address (or phone number) used to sign in via one-time code.
Interview content: the company, role and answers you provide during a mock interview, and any real-interview report you choose to submit.
Payment information: we receive a payment reference and status from Paystack. We do not collect or store your card or bank details — these are handled entirely by Paystack.
Usage data: basic technical and activity data (e.g. sessions, attempts, login times) to operate and improve the Service.

2. How we use your information

To provide the Service — create your account, run mock interviews, grade answers and generate guidance.
To process payments and manage your mock credits.
To support you and respond to enquiries.
To improve the Service, including in anonymised/aggregated form.

3. AI processing of your answers

To grade your answers and generate feedback and questions, your interview content is sent to trusted third-party AI providers (for example DeepSeek and/or OpenAI) for processing. We send only what is needed to deliver the feature. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information (such as bank details, health information or government ID numbers) into your answers.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with service providers strictly to run the Service:

Paystack — to process payments.
AI providers (DeepSeek / OpenAI) — to grade answers and generate content.
Email provider — to send your one-time login codes.

We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and interview history while your account is active so you can review past attempts. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights").

6. Your rights

Under the NDPR you may request to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact us at support@nigeriafaces.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Children

The Service is intended for job-seekers and is not directed at children under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
