These Terms govern your use of InterviewPass ("the Service"), operated by Bamaja Integrated Online Services Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a payment, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

InterviewPass is an AI-powered interview preparation tool for the Nigerian job market. It generates company- and role-specific practice ("mock") interviews, grades your answers, and provides preparation and salary-negotiation guidance.

Important — AI-generated, advisory only.
All questions, grades, feedback, company insights and salary figures are AI-generated estimates based on publicly available information and market reasoning. They are NOT official data from any company, and are NOT guaranteed to be accurate, complete or current. The Service is practice and guidance only. It does not guarantee that you will be invited to, pass, or receive an offer from any interview or employer. You are responsible for your own decisions.

2. Accounts

You access the Service using your email address (or phone) via a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping access to your email/phone secure. One active session is permitted per account at a time; signing in elsewhere will end other sessions. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only for yourself.

3. Free use, credits and prices

New users may try the Service free for a limited number of questions per email (currently the first three questions of one mock). Beyond that, full mock interviews require a paid "mock credit". Each credit entitles you to one full mock attempt. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change at any time.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Paystack. We do not store your card details. Mock credits are non-refundable. A credit is consumed when you start a mock attempt. If you choose to discard or abandon an attempt, the credit for that attempt is forfeited and is not restored or refunded. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access other users' data; reselling, scraping or republishing our content; submitting unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content; or attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

6. Your content

Answers and information you submit are used to provide and improve the Service (see our Privacy Policy). You retain ownership of what you write. You grant us permission to process it (including via third-party AI providers) to deliver grading and feedback, and, in anonymised/aggregated form, to improve the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bamaja Integrated Online Services Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated guidance, including salary figures. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
